We deploy the significant financials and human resource to research and development. It has a budget equivalent more than 8% budget of the group's turnover. Chemistry and physics come together at Aufine, along with advanced mathematics, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

The researchers develop tires for local needs quickly according to requests from automakers and other customers for variations in tire specifications.

A neural network computer in our technical center illuminates possibilities in tire design. The Supercomputer simulations portray water and snow under a tire in motion and reveal better ways to improve grip. The most advanced tire test machine lets us evaluate accurately the characteristics of tires while turning, braking and accelerating at high speeds and under heavy loads.

Electron microscopy at our Technical Center probes the secrets of polymers and other candidate materials for tires. Engineers and researchers at our technical center find the advances and discover ways to transform them into the tires.

From bead configuration,carbon black structure to design methodology etc.,The scientist research ,innovate and never give up a details to go beyond the customer's expectation.
